ABOUT CHARVEE, AMFT/APCC

Find the support your mental health craves.

I utilize an active strength-based approach when working with individuals, couples, and families that are seeking support with their mental health.

I incorporate thoughtful questions, metaphors, and coping strategies in session to support growth and development.

I am incredibly passionate about the East Bay and its community. As a South Asian American, my drive to create positive change stems from a deep desire to combat the negative perceptions regarding mental health. My desire is to break down barriers and ensure that everyone, especially those from marginalized backgrounds, have accessible and comprehensive mental health support readily available to them.

My approach to therapy is focused on creating a curated template that suits your needs. This involves collaboratively working together to develop skills and incorporating them in your daily life. This process will allow you to liberate yourself from the hurdles that are stopping you from reaching your goals.
