ABOUT CHARVEE, AMFT/APCC
Find the support your mental health craves.
I utilize an active strength-based approach that focuses on providing care that explores your needs, and collaboratively works towards meeting them.
I incorporate thoughtful questions, metaphors, and coping strategies in session to support growth and development.
I am incredibly passionate about California and the community it has developed, and continues to support. As a South Asian American, my drive to create positive change stems from a deep desire to combat the negative perceptions regarding mental health. My desire is to break down barriers and ensure that everyone, especially those from marginalized backgrounds, have accessible and comprehensive mental health support readily available to them.
My approach to therapy is focused on creating a curated template that suits your needs. This involves collaboratively working together to develop skills and incorporating them in your daily life. This will allow you to process and work through the hurdles that are stopping you from reaching your goals.
