Therapy with YOU
My style of therapy focuses on encouraging the development of self-awareness. We begin with learning about you and your needs, and during this process we collaboratively create a curated toolkit to support you.
We focus on creating a space for change and self-learning that supports daily life.
Sessions are held via telehealth, hybrid, and in-person.
FAQs
The first step: Reaching out to set up an initial consultation. This consultation takes between 15 - 20 minutes, and allows for us to get to know each other to make sure we would be a good fit. I can be contacted through email, text, or phone.
Hours and Availability: I currently offer sessions Monday through Thursday. Session hours are available during the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Billing: I currently do not accept insurance, however I am able to provide a super-bill (which is a therapeutic receipt) that can be submitted to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. I am considered an out-of-network provider.
I currently accept the following payment methods: American Express, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa via IvyPay
Rates: Please contact me for current rates.
Sessions: The duration of a session is typically 50 minutes in person or via telehealth on a weekly basis. This is subject to change as determined during the course of treatment, or as discussed.
Cancellation Policy: I utilize a 48 hour cancellation policy. Prior to 48 hours, you may reschedule an appointment for a later date and time. With less than 48 hours, a new appointment must be made, and you will be charged for the cancelled or no-showed session. Please contact me in case of emergency situations.
Good Faith Estimate: Marriage and Family Therapists are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or do not use insurance, an estimate of the total expected costs for the therapeutic services that you will be receiving.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
